Hyperkyphosis

Hyperkyphosis

This is the famous "Suitcase" 🧳... and it's not travel.

Hyperkyphosis is a deformity of the thoracolumbar spine , which is evidenced by observing in the patient in a half-sided position an exaggerated curve in the thoracic area.

It has surgical indication when this curve measures more than 70º in the thorax (between T2 and T12) or 30º at thoracolumbar level (between T11 and L2).
